Return Policy

At Thames Electricals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 5 days of receiving it. Please read the following guidelines to ensure your return is eligible:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at electricalsthames@gmail.com to request a return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

Please ensure that returns are sent to the provided address after approval. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at electricalsthames@gmail.com, so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items):

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.

Refunds:

  • We currently do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are available.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card company.
